Senior Dance
The Eastwood Heights Public School Dance Group is a group of Years 4 – 6 students that meet at lunch times to learn and choreograph new and exciting dance routines.
Each year, the Dance Group choreographs a routine based upon the Ryde School Speculator Concert's theme in the hopes of successfully auditioning and therefore performing at the Opera House.
The Dance Group performs regularly throughout the year for our school and the wider community.
Junior Dance
The Junior Dance Group at EHPS is an opportunity for Stage 1 students to foster their love of dance and to build on skills they already possess. The students in the group are selected through an audition process.
Wakakirri
Eastwood Heights takes part in the Wakakirri performing arts festival every second year. Teachers and students create a Story Dance combining many elements of performing arts. Students always enjoy playing their part in our school's production, with over one hundred participants in 2017.
