Children in Years 3-6 can borrow up to 3 resources.

Children may borrow as often as they wish if they are avid readers. They must however return

books before new ones can be loaned. All children must have a library bag to borrow.

Mrs Gates (Clerical/library assistant) works Wednesdays.

Premiers Reading Challenge

Eastwood Heights Public School is a proud participant of the Premiers Reading Challenge.

Students from Kindergarten to Year 2 are involved in a shared challenge with their teacher reading the books to them.

Students in Years 3-6 are actively involved in doing the challenge independently and can easily locate the books in designated sections of the library. Each book has a sticker providing the PRC identification for that book. Students are required to enter this ID onto their Student Reading Record on the Premiers Reading Challenge website. Students use their Portal user name and password to log on.
