Eastwood Heights Public School uses a system called School Bytes to send permission notes, attendance records, payment requests and student statement of accounts and reminders directly to parents via email and through an online parent payment portal.
We recommend parents set up an account for the School Bytes portal as soon as possible at: schoolbytes.education
Online payments are processed in real-time and can be viewed by school staff immediately.
For instructions on how to sign up for the portal, please click here. You can also click on the 'User Guides' button on the portal log in screen at any time, to get instructions for a range of tasks, including making a payment, using credit, viewing payment history and giving consent for an event.
IMPORTANT: To ensure that the registration process works smoothly, and you can link your account to your child(ren), please make sure that you use the same email address that you have provided to the school or if using a different email address, an SMS verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number on record for you at the school.
Emails will be sent from noreply@mail.schoolbytes.education so please ensure this address is not marked as spam/junk in your email system.
